Color Greek Words
Logos allows one to color exegesis and morph queries. However, I would like to color “vocabulary words” from the Greek or Hebrew common to a passage. Can I do this?

I'm not quite sure what you are asking.
Do you want to colour specific words? if so, you could use a Visual Filter do to that

No I want to color words within the Gospel of John.

The ways to do that are either highlighting or a visual filter. The first you do manually; the latter you do usually based on roots or lemmas or parts of speech or morphological coding.

Notice the Highlighting pallette labeled "solid Colors" for manual highlighting (note: the "Foreground" colors will carry over if you export to WORD for a paper).
I have also displayed my visual filter for NT conjunctions (Blue Foreground) and verbs (yellow highlight in a box). You can search for any tagged item and assign a highlight format to it)
This clip of an export to Word shows how FOREGROUND colors, BOLD, ITALIC & UNDERLINE carry over but other highlights cannot be deciphered by Word.
