The word mediator in Gal 3:19 is tagged as referring to Jesus - should this not be Moses?
Agreed. Either Moses, or maybe better, 'A Mediator' if there is ambiguity about who Paul is talking about or if Paul is speaking more generically about covenants needing a mediator.
Jesus should be the mediator in Heb 9:15, Moses is more likely in your passage.
