I Opened logos in a different user, now original user lost my library.

How do I find my previous library?

If I can't how do I start a download ALL?

Both users are me. How do I get them to point at the same library so I do not use twice the space.

Thanx much for any and all help.

Some hint at the Operating System in use might allow more specific steps to be recommended.

However, if on starting the program you are logged into the same user, with the same password as previously, if the program cannot find the library it should offer to download afreash.

    Select and download

    I don't think you do.

You can contact customer support - they can merge the two libraries, but only one user can own each book.  You will need to decide which username to use.  I had books purchased under two different email addresses and had to merge them.  You can not have the same books shared by two users.

Logos is designed as a per-user app. So you need two installations, one for each Windows User.

How do I find my previous library?

To avoid conflicts with User file permissions you need to uninstall Logos** from the User that has "Logos Bible Software" in Control Panel > Programs and Features. Then remove the Logos folder from %localappdata% (type that into File Explorer) in both Users, and reinstall Logos as noted above.

** you can save your resources in %localappdata%\Logos\Data\random\ResourceManager\Resources before you uninstall. Install with a Minimal set of resources and use the Scan command to get the rest e.g. scan D:\Resources, where D: could be a removable drive.
