How do you add a new resource to a collection?

I need help adding a new resource to a collection. For example, when I try to drag a new resource to a collection, it wants to simply move the resource to another pane.  Can someone help me with this problem? Thanks, Steve

I am not sure how you are attempting to accomplish this. Under the Tools Menu, select "Collections" (I usually open this in a floating window). On the collections tab, click open and select the target collection. When this is open, you can drag the desired resource into the "+ Plus these resources" section of the pane or {better yet} add a rule that will cover this and similar resources.
