My tablet only goes up to Android 7.0

As my tablet only runs up to Android version 7.0 so wont run Logos 9 Mobile app

I understand that I need Logos 8 mobile app. Where can I download it from?

I should add that the only Logos App app offered to me is Bible vNext which I can install but does not recognise my log in details.
