Current location in a resource

On the desktop app, I can see where I am in a resource by expanding the TOC and see where it's highlighted. However, in the mobile app (I'm on Android), I cannot see similar functionality. Is there a way to know where I am in a resource? (I also know if it has page numbers, I can figure that out, but it's not easily reflected in the TOC.) TIA.

Not a great one, but you can see the slider under the locator bar when the menu is active.

That's a big reason I try to use the mobiles for current study/questions and limited reading.

Yesterday, I went back to a book I was reading ... couldn't tell where I was, except somewhere in the middle (slider). Gave up ... back to my Oasis.

Thank you! You both confirmed what I thought. (Yeah, I've used the slider.) I'd submit a suggestion, but I have a habit of suggesting very unpopular things. [:(]

I wouldn't say that it is "unpopular." I would say is isn't popular. The difference being that there aren't people who are against your idea, there just aren't many people who prioritize your idea.

I'm not sure what the suggestion system 'means'. (1) A lot probably means a poor design, (2) Many means nice to have, (3) Some means areas of the software 'many' don't go. I'm.a firm believer, you can alway tell (4) whether the designers use their software, or (5) corporate policy discourages in-house input into the obvious. So, (6) submit a suggestion ... it's always worthy of their rationalizing!
