Always "updating your library" at startup

Hello,

My logos 9 always spends about 3 seconds during startup saying:

Preparing your library
This may take a while

I've reviewed the other threads on this topic which go on about a problem with Tabletalk, but I don't appear to have Tabletalk in my library.

I attach my logs.

Thanks, Berwyn

Welcome to the forums. There is nothing wrong - it takes the program some time to load some initial data to make the program run more smoothly. IIRC putting the instruction ngen in the command/go box will minimize this by deferring some of the setup.

The command is  Set Use Ngen to Yes (then restart Logos and it will take effect from the next restart). It applies only to Windows.
