We would need some more information
Which version of Logos 9 are you using and on what platform (Windows / Mac)?
Does it crash as you open the Tool or when you perform specific actions?
And please enable diagnostic logging and post logs after a crash (use the paperclip icon in the forum editor). Details on diagnostic logging are at https://support.logos.com/hc/en-us/articles/360027869132

Thanks your kindness to help me with this.
Mac Version of Logos: 9.9.0.0016
It crashes when I attempt to change the book to be indexed and displayed in the Concordance tool
I will now follow your directions to enable diagnostic logging and post logs.
When I attempt to put in a new book be indexed in the Concordance tool, that is when crashes. And before it crashes there appears spinning pinwheel.
Here is the file requested.

Delete these files:
in /Users/paulobechara/Library/Application Support/Logos4/Data/eg9ff7ge.t43/Concordance/
and restart Logos.
