The Important words tool is grayed out and undetectable in 9 Gold. Is it not included in Gold?
Welcome to the forums. Gold is a designation for the library not the feature set. Important Words is included in the Bronze and Silver feature sets. in About logos (upper right corner application menu aka help menu, last item) will show you what features you have.
Yes it is a part of Gold
The Important Words guide section requires that you have downloaded the Important Words dataset, as well as a Bible with a reverse interlinear. You should have access to these, but it's possible that you don't have one of these requirements downloaded.
