Factbook issues
Factbook is freezing up on my PC and iOS screen. It slowly scrolls and the text gets bigger. I can change to a different layout with no Factbook and everything is normal. Any thoughts?

I can say that it is an unbounded issue because it does it on all Factbook entries. I am running Windows 10. I am running 9.9 on Logos. What could the issue possibly be?

I once had a friend who brought her Mac laptop to me. She was convinced it was infested with evil spirits. Turned out to only be a virus (yes--a virus on a Mac).
In your case, I think it must be something else altogether, but rule those two out if you can.

Any one of a number of things. The best way to get help would be to post logs, and/or a screen cap video of the problem.

Hi Christian, it's a bit hard to visualize what you are seeing. It's been suggested already that you post logs. See my signature line below for instructions on how to do that.
Posting a screenshot of the issue would also be helpful.
