Look at the contents of the Passage Guide, then at the Exegetical guide; you should note that they show different data - the exegetical guide focusing on original language/linguistic elements, the passage guide being more language independent. In both cases ideologies are nearly irrelevant - they provide raw data rather than exegesis/interpretation of the text. Therefore, one may object with valid reasons to some of the tagging methodology and make your own corrections but it is uncommon to have interpretation to disagree with.
