How can I find out the source and affiliation of the ESV, CSB, and NLT translations?

Please don't try to convince me that you made any effort to do this for yourself.

    1. Read the preface of the Bible translation
    2. Read any book on choosing your translation.
    3. Look in Wikipedia for the translation/translators
    4. Use Google to find the publishers and read their blurbs
    5. Use Google to find the translators/sponsoring organization and read their blurbs

Please listen to the multiple voices trying to get you to make a stab at doing your own research then come to the forum when stumped.

Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."
