Unable to update latest Logos Bible Software 9.10

My Windows 10 desktop was able to update every Logos Bible Software until this latest version 9.10. When I open the software, it is attempting to update automatically but it gives the error message "The installation of Logos Bible Software did not succeed".

I have tried to upgrade using various methods recommended by the forum members without success. 8032.Logs.zip

    I saw in your logs that your Logos installation sits on the F:\ drive. Any chance this is an external SSD formatted with ExFAT? This will break automatic updates - the only solution I know in this case is to back up everything, reformat the drive to NTFS and restore.
