Factbook card not being presented when doing a lookup

Hi

For some reason, when I long-press a word in the mobile app, I no longer get a Factbook card, just a word info card.

Is anyone else seeing the same thing?

Using version 9.9.3

    I confess that I don't remember what it used to look like, but if I understand correctly, I'm now seeing the same thing as you, Graham.

    Hi Graham,

    Factbook cards is a feature that has never been shipped to stable, it has been only available in the Beta version of the app. There are a few important things with it that were not working properly. We're working on fixing those so that we can ship it to the stable app.

    These fixes are taking us longer than we originally expected, so in order to avoid a poor user experience and confusion between beta and stable users, we decided to remove the feature from the beta version of the app until we're ready to test the version that includes the new improvements.

    And apologies for any confusion - I remembered it appearing quite some time ago on beta so assumed it had shipped to stable already
