bible search bug in Mac version Beta 3

I have actually had these bugs for a while. My command bar does not work. My bible search does not work in any of the options. My automatic updates and indexing does not work. How do I get this corrected? I'm sure some of it could be taken care of if I could "force-index", but I don't know how to do that, especially since the "command bar" does not work.

Dave:
Can you illustrate how you know the command bar does not work and how your search does not work. Please give precise instructions (step by step is preferable) of what you are doing so that we can help you better. If your steps are resulting in the same error we will require logs from you. Please see my signature below which has a link to instructions on how to pull logs.
*Note: We need all three logs. Logos4.log, Indexer.log, Console Messages.log.

OK...I'm going to try to explain what is happening.
1. When I try to use my "command box" to update, nothing happens. It simply does not do anything. Some of the commands do work. I.E. "Open ESV,etc". But the update does not work.
2. I have successfully downloaded from the Logos website (http://logos.com/logos4mac). But the indexing has not occurred in any of the Alphas since I first started. There was an initial indexing but maybe not more than 2 or 3 since then. My "automatic updates were working @ A12-15 (approx.) but does not work now. The settings are correct in the preferences. I have downloaded B-3, but again no indexing.
3. The search box does not seem to work at all. Searching for Biblical phrase or words brings no results.
4. I have downloaded the nlog.config file, removing the numbers on the front of it. I then moved it to my doc but when clicking it, I receive a notification box saying, "There is no application available to open it. Also, the file seems to be empty. I seem to be at an impasse. Maybe I just need to remove Logos 4 for Mac Beta and start all over. I'm reporting this Bug the best way I can since the nlog.config file does not work.
I appreciate any help you can give.

Did you watch the video for how to post logs? The nlog.config isn't a file you open, it's a file you copy into a specific location (which isn't your documents folder). And, actually, this particular step isn't required anymore (I've updated the instructions).
If you watch the video and read through the rest of the instructions here: http://community.logos.com/forums/p/6731/52205.aspx#52205 you should be able to post logs that will be most helpful.
