LLS vs Libronix and Vers 4

I use Logos 4.  I was looking at resources, and saw this note (below). Can someone translate this for me?  Will it work with either 3 or 4?  It is only showing as a 3.0 version.

LLS (also LSF, and LIX) files are the file format that came with Logos version 2. Libronix is version 3.

Yes, version 2 resources do work in version 4. Typically, installation would be installed via version 2, imported into 3, licenses synced and then L4 should see them. You may be able to skip the installation of versions 2 and 3 by calling Logos tech support. You should also know that (if I'm remembering right) version 2 will probably not install on a 64bit OS, since it is a 16bit application.

The second part of the quote suggests that the LBXLLS files, which superced the LLS/LIX files (always paired in L2), are available to those who have the others, and can be opened in L3/L4, if one has a valid license for them.

It will work in both Libronix (L3) and Logos 4 (L4). But you might have to wait for the CD to arrive before you get the licence that will enable an automatic download to L4 (don't install the old-format LLS resources on the CD into Libronix but use the resource links provided in the blog which are for the L3 format).  A chat with a Customer Support person should clarify exactly what you need to do.
