Typo report does not "submit"

Intermittently over the last couple of days, when I try to submit a typo report, clicking on "Submit" doesn't seem to actually submit the report.  The Submit button gets an inner dashed-line, but the box doesn't disappear on its own.  Has anyone else experienced this problem?

As a matter of fact I submitted a typo this morning without problems. So, until now I didn't see behavior

This has been fixed in 9.14. Even though the dialog didn't go away, previously submitted typos were processed.
