Greek and Hebrew Pronunciation Not Working
I tried to get the Greek and Hebrew pronunciation on some words and they’re not working anymore. They used to work but I’m not sure why they’re not anymore. I just updated to Windows 11

In the Pronunciation tool or in a Guide?
Try restarting your computer, else submit logs.

Tool when you click on a word like “God” (Elohim) Hebrew or “Word” (Logos) Greek, or any other word like Sheol or Hades, nothing happens. I’ve restarted and the volume is up since the Logos’s ring tone sounded loud. I’ll submit logs when I get back home.

I don't know if this registered anything, but here's the log folder:
I have tried the different ways to use the pronunciation tool (through context menu, through the tool) and nothing happens either with the Hebrew nor the Greek.

Bumped for Faithlife to see it 👌

The file you enclosed is what you are supposed to click on to Enable Logging. The other way is to hold the CTRL key down as you start Logos. Then follow the instructions in the link I gave you.

Alright! I shall try again. Hopefully better luck this time 😁

Unfortunately, is not picking up any log files. I will have to call Tech Support. When I right click on a Hebrew or Greek Word in a Bible and choose pronounce from the context menu, it doesn't pronounce anything.
When I open the Pronunciation Tool the Hebrew Words don't get any sound and the Greek words only sound when Arasmian and Modern Greek are chosen, but zero sound when the Koine Greek is chosen.
Hopefully, they'll be able to find the problem and fix it because so far is not working and I know for sure it used to work.
Thank, Dave!

I had a problem similar to yours and found that the audio drivers for windows were the issue.
