Verbum mobile app does not populate History tool

I'm running the Verbum mobile app version 9.10.0(0039) on an 4th Generation IPAD Air. I was following along with Morris Proctor's webinar on the mobile app. He was showing how to navigate to the History section in the Nav Menu (at the banner bar on the bottom of the app).  When I select the "History" section the History window pops up but just says "No History". I opened a number of books and went to different sections in the various books to try and create a history but when I select the History section in the Nav Bar at the bottom of the App is continues to show "No History".  Is there a selection I'm supposed to make somewhere in the app to turn on the History function?

    I am sorry to hear that you have been having this problem.

    This History feature should work automatically, without any need to turn it on.

    Please do the following:

    1. Open the app.
    2. Tap the Menu icon (this icon has three horizontal lines).
    3. Tap Help.
    4. Press “Report a Problem”

    A pre-addressed email will open with a log file attached automatically. Press “Send” to send your report.

    Thanks Joe for the response. I was going to do as you suggested to produce a log file. However when I opened the Verbum app today the "History" panel was populated! I had closed the app and shut down my IPAD after the last time I was in the Verbum app.  I can only wonder if for some reason turning off my IPAD and turning it back on solved the problem. At any rate the "History" functionality seems to be working at present.  I'm really enjoying the Verbum app!
