It's been 11 days since I took the time to record several minutes of the Read Aloud feature's erratic behavior at your request and sent it to you. I cannot tell if you got my email or not.
It looks like either this issue has (again) dropped off from your (Faithlife's) radar, or you're spending time to reproduce the issues I reported.
I would expect, as a basic courtesy, at least a small acknowledgement, either on the forum or via email (if you received mine), that you either have received or not received the recording.
I have asked a few times just for an acknowledgement of receipt (not a resolution to the issues), and I have not heard anything for 11 full days.
Could you just let me know that at least you have seen this posting?
