This has been around for several versions, but the sidebar count for Devices is incorrect

I'm trying to reproduce this. Can you provide any steps that might consistently reproduce this?

I see the number 12. I count 10. How many are actually on your device? Are any resources downloaded to your device, but NOT on your computer?
The Library count is 10 on my mobile app (Android) when offline. The same 10 listed in the screenshot.
The device is the only one listed in Manage Devices for my Account.
