I've filed a bug report. This broke in an earlier version of the application.
Thank you and I'm glad I stumbled upon this or I would've been up half the nite wondering why the feature was "broke". Was having fits over here.
Thread Frequency of Greek words includes Dave Hooton reply on 4 Feb 2022:
Then it must be fixed in 9.11 SR-1 and/or a newly generated concordance, as I had no issue with a new SBLGNT concordance in SR-1.
Hence this Concordance Bug may be macOS only.
One launch of Logos 9.11 SR-1 on macOS Monterey 12.2 had Concordance generated for SBL GNT:

I don't have an ETA, but this thread should get updated when we ship a fix.
