Hebrew Cantillations Question (Psalm 87:5)

We went over Psalm 87:5 in our Hebrew exegesis class, and I noticed Logos does the tree differently. It seems like a mistake. Why does Logos treat the Azla Legarmeh as a higher strength disjuctive accent than the Atnach? Azla Legarmeh should be the weakest disjunctive accent.

Is this a mistake? If so, I am surprised there would be a mistake, since these accent trees could mostly be generated by coding - there's not a lot of human choice or interpretation involved.

I would like to be able to trust the Hebrew Cantillations diagrams...

Thank you for any help!
