Is there a way to link resources in a split screen mode on my iPad so that they scroll together like on the desktop app?

In the tabs view: 

1. Choose your tab (or create a new one)
2. Press the icon in the upper right hand corner, which looks like a tab with two panes.
3. A new pane opens in the bottom.
4. Choose the resource.
5. Press the link button (upper left).
6. Choose the panes (across tabs even!) that you want to be linked.
