Not in Logos, but Ruth Haycock's Encyclopedia of Bible Truths series is interesting. I wish this was in Logos.

Not in Logos, but Climbing Parnassus provides some context on the history of classical language learning. Composition in the Classical Tradition is a one volume overview of the Progymnasmata and also a textbook used in some law schools. Search your logos library for "Progymnasmata" and "Rhetoric"
Letters of Grace and Beauty: A Guided Literary Study of New Testament Epistles
The above book combined with the IVP Dictionary on Paul includes a lot about ancient composition.
