Logos was updated on my Windows 11 PC yesterday.  I am getting a dialog box when I try to start logos which I have attached which says “An Upgrade is required to 9.11 SR-1 or later”.

What is the correction?

The problem turned out to be the pinned link on the task bar on Windows 11.  I removed the pinned app, then pinned it again and it corrected the problem.

In another thread, a user had the same warning. A FL employee responded thusly:

This message occurs when you run a newer version of the software (such as a beta), then attempt to run an older version of the software without fully uninstalling the newer version.

If this is not the case for you, then it's not clear what caused this error to occur, but please let us know if it happens again.

I don't know if this page will help you or not: https://support.logos.com/hc/en-us/articles/360008238911-Unable-to-Update-or-Install-Windows

Did you try to download the engine manually?

As I mentioned in your other thread, the only other option (outside of calling Logos directly) is to post logs.

The solution was to unpin the app from the task bar and re-pin it.  Evidently under Windows 11 the update process points the task bar link  to an older version.  When I re-pinned the new version to the task  bar, the problem went away.
