As of Feb 7, 2022, the price for this same resource is much lower at another Bible software, even if both Logos and the other have the same publisher spotlight event. How come?

Oh, sure, blame it on the proprietor. But more seriously, wasn't TDOT on sale last month. Maybe FL already used up their co-op money (or the interested customers).
I got it on sale before Christmas, so I doubt it’ll be on sale again any time soon (I’d been wai quite a while for it to be on sale).
