Controlling Note Icons across resources

Is it possible for all 3 statements below to be in effect in Logos?

1. All anchored notes in my primary bible show in my other bibles.

2. Those same anchored notes I do not want to show in all other types resources (commentaries/etc.)

3. I do want to make notes in commentaries and see the note icons for my commentaries.  (again keeping #2 in effect).

I don't think this is possible but wanted to ask.
