Logos 9 Mobile app notes not syncing with Logos 9 Desktop

I have notebook for each year with a note for each month in the year.  Today I was away from the desk with free time and began to do my devotions.  When I opened the notebook on my iPad Pro it did not have the last 3 days of devotions.  I thought that was strange but would check it out when I got back home.  

Back home I found that the note from my iPad updated by desktop and I lost 3 days of journal notes.  Has anyone else experienced this.
