Increasing Font Size in the Table of Contents

Here is there a way to increase the size of the font in the Table of Contents?

I can increase the font on the content - but the Table of Contents is so small that I have a hard time seeing the Hebrew Characters.

No. It seems to be unaffected by choice of font or the font size slider.

Here is there a way to increase the size of the font in the Table of Contents?

Try increasing the Program Scaling in Program Settings. This changes the TOC font size (at least it does on the Mac version).
