Locating Citations
Hi!
I just recently had to go back to older computer (2016 Mac Air) and I am unable to locate citations on commentaries like I could on my other laptop. I have tried through Google Chrome and FireFox. I have tried with a few different commentaries to ensure it was not just one. When I click the Information button (the three dots), I click resource information and I will attach a picture of what I get.
Any ideas?

It sounds like you may be in the wrong forum. For clarification, you mentioned "Google Chrome and FireFox." Does that mean that you are currently using the web app? Does it also mean that you were previously using the desktop app (which is the forum you are in now)?
I do not know if the web app has the ability to create citations or not. I can confirm what you are seeing in the web app, but not in the desktop app.

Thank you! You were correct for all. I dont think the desktop app will work on this computer, but I will try. I do have the app on my iPad, but get the same messages on there.
