How can I make source citations in Logos copy over to Microsoft Word?
Do you have Copy Citations set in Program Settings?

How large a portion of a resource are you trying to copy across? I send to remember that citations were not included for very short sections.
Please post a screenshot of your citation settings so I can try to reproduce.
And also an example of a resource where this is not working for you.
