If you go to the Forums home page, scroll down to the bottom of the list of forums, you will see a link to “my discussions”. Click on that, and you’ll see a list of the discussions you’ve participated in with the most recent replies at the top. You will need to scroll down again.
You can click on Your Discussions:
You can also click on the number underneath your picture.

I use my login.... in the upper right of the Home screen.... you will see your login id. Click on it... and you will see what you have replied to.
