downloads for logos 4

each time I start my program, the logos icon says it is downloading 0% of 36.8 mb. It has been doing this for a month now. it never moves past 0%. on my second computer ( 7 yrs old), it did the download in an hour or so. Could I have something active that is preventing the download?

It's possible a firewall program is blocking the update. If you have one, try disabling it long enough to download the files.

Can we see some logs Daniel? Enable Diagnostic Logging, start L4 and Upload the logs4*.log files before you start L4 again.
