What Greek lexicon available in Logos, best deals with the etymology of Greek words? Thanks!

Well, I mainly use Brill volume below (Etymological Dictionary of Greek); a bit pricey.  The depth of discussion depends on the word; each are broken into derivatives, and etymology, where available or guessable.  In the example below, I'm reading a discussion of 'lower gods' or what might be translated 'demons' ... I already knew what the semitic would be (similar to Jesus' opponents), but not how the greek was derived.  Of course, the actual meaning is a separate question. You probably already have BDAG for extensive use examples.

On the same subject, the older volumes 'Principles of Greek Etymology' is not what you're asking, but goes a long way in understanding entries that are less than satisfying.
