I installed WORDsearch 11 o my new laptop today. Very easy if you have a working WS program on an existing computer and the WS setup file.

Good that you are able to help folk with this Charlie. I have always been bemused by the assumption that the program could not be installed in a new computer.
I can still run old BBC B programs via an emulator. I can but I don't.

The problem is not with installing the program. The issue is that the unlock servers are no longer available. If you don't have a copy of your unlock files you can't use your library in Wordsearch.

Charlie.... I've heard that when you do re-install WordSearch..... that ZipScript doesn't work? Does ZipScript work for your new insallation?

The program works perfectly except that I have to open my books from the Library page instead of form inside the study page.. You can check it out on the FB group

ZipScript does indeed work on new installations even though WS can't phone home any longer. Just did a new install last week. I was apprehensive about a new install as I thought it might need verification online to work, but the books installed and as long as the Bibles install Zipscript will work.

Hi Franklin
Welcome to the forums. I cannot help with running Wordsearch but I can advise that you should edit your post to remove your email address as posting it on a public forum is a curtain way to increase your spam supply.
Don't forget that, while waiting to set up Wordsearch, your resources are available in Logos and having a go with the program might be time well invested for the long run.

click on MORE on the top right of your post and one of the selections should be EDIT. Click on that and you can change the details and click POST in the bottom left to resubmit it.
I think there might be a time threshold so EDIT and DELETE might only be available for so many hours after the post is made. If that is the case you could contact Support and ask them to do the needful.

I think that means the window for making changes to the post has gone. to make a change you may have to contact Support, unless someone else knows different
