How come discounts don’t stack with Spanish resources. For example: in English an item may have a regular price of $150 but may be discounted for $100. If I get a coupon for 50% off the discount stacks which means I would pay $50 for the item. It turns out that in Spanish the regular price of an item can be $150 and be on sale for $100 but if I call Sales to use my 50% off coupon the Spanish department wants to give me 50% off the regular price not the sale price. Why is that?

Ps. The annoying part is that this only happens with “phone or chat discounts.” If I had an actual code the code would literally work with the sale price and add an additional discount instead of using the regular price. Something is not right. Disappointing to say the least!
