    How do I restore a deleted note.

    Mike's approach works for Notebooks but not individual notes

    I suggest clicking the Trash button at the bottom left of the Notes Tool.

    That gives you a list of deleted notes (and notebooks). You can select one (or several) and then choose the Undelete button at the bottom right of the panel.
