Just Curious: "The Already and The Not Yet" Factbook Entry

I was looking for the NT verse that has the words "though you have not seen him" so I searched and got 1 Peter 1:8. I noticed in the search window the Factbook suggestion "The Already and The Not Yet".

I found it kind of impressive that Logos returned that based simply on what I typed, so I opened the Factbook to see how it made that connection. I was expecting to see 1 Peter 1:8 in the Key Passages section but it's not there, nor is the verse referenced in the Key Article from the Lexham Survey of Theology. I don't see anything in the bible tagging on 1 Peter 1:8 that seems to be making the connection either.

Can someone educate me: What dataset is allowing Logos to make this connection based on the few words I typed?

    Here's what I get....

Interesting..... I searched for "though you have not seen him".....   I nave noticed things like this before in Factbook and don't use it much because of it. I just didn't trust Factbook. But, I figured it was me not knowing Factbook so well.

xn = Christan  man=man -- Acts 11:26 "....and the disciples were first called Christians in Antioch".

Weird. When I switch the resource I'm searching to All Bibles or Top Bibles I get the same search suggestion as MJ gets: "Search for though you haven't seen him instead?"

However, when I tried to replicate my original search of the NRSV, now I don't get any suggestions at all (Factbook or search). I've tried several times and I can't get the Already Not Yet suggestion to come back. Could the original result just have been a glitch?

I got your original result if i searched NRSVCE or ALL bibles but got no factbook entry returned if I searched NRSV.

Put it down to being as a serendipitous study but seriously the inner workings of Logos are a mystery.

Perhaps, but I also suspect that you search history may affect the results.

Maybe the entry should just say, "Coming soon." Already there, but not yet.  :-)

Like the dictionary entry for Recursive: "See Recursive."
