    The only reason this should happen is if you are copy/pasting a small portion of text. I've just tested with 11 characters and I don't get a citation - I forget what is the minimum value of text that results in a citation.

    If you are copying a reasonable amount of text, please post a screnshot showing the resource you are copying from and the resulting portion of your  Word document
