I Was looking at the recently updated resource All the Dreams and Visions in the Bible and noticed that Noah is not mentioned. Why isn't when God spoke to Noah considered a dream or a vision?
TIA
Why isn't when God spoke to Noah considered a dream or a vision?
The context states only that God spoke, just as he spoke to Adam, Cain, Abram, Moses. Gen 20:3 states that God spoke in a dream, so this is treated as a dream. Gen 31:24 is treated as a dream, but not Gen 31:29 where Laban repeats what was spoken.
So it should be in the resource. That it what I thought.
Thanks.
How did you draw that conclusion? The fact that God spoke is insufficient unless a dream/vision is also mentioned.
My reference to the story of Laban in Gen 31 illustrates that repeating what was said earlier in a dream is NOT a dream.
I misread your post. Sorry.
Thanks for your help.
