Searching For Highlights
I have an old Highlighting Palette that I don't use anymore so I would like to delete it. When I try to do that it says "5 styles are still in use".
I did a bible inline highlight search on all text in all passages for each style in that palatte and another search on the palatte itself and it says there are 0 occurences yet it won't let me delete it because it says there are still 5 styles in use.

My guess is that you have deleted some of the highlights, which means they are still "available" in the Trash in the Notes tool. You could select all the items in the trash and permanently delete them.
Or, you could go through and delete each style in the palette, you will be prompted to replace any usages with a style of your choice.
