I have a PC. When I click on the icon on my desktop, Logos will flash on for a second and nothing happens.I have gone to my hard drive directory and clicked on the Logos.exe file and nothing happens. what should I do?

You may have Logos.exe already running in the background following a crash.
If you are on Windows, you can open the task manager by pressing Ctrl+Shift+Esc at same time, choose 'More Details' at the bottom, and then under the Processes tab, find Logos.exe then right click it and choose End Task.
A reboot of your computer would do the same.
Let us know if this does not work.
Did you try restarting your computer? This just happened to me. Restarting Windows fixed it. Sometimes when Logos malfunctions, the problem is in Windows, not Logos.

As a reminder, the software engine is free. You should not be running the L9 engine unless your computer is unable to update to a more current version.
