Logos Won't Index

I purchased and downloaded the Loeb Classical Library today, and ever since then, my Logos won't index my library. I began to notice an issue when I used the Bible Word Study and the Septuagint Translation had "No Results" and the Textual Searches had "No Results." I've been researching forums all day trying to figure this out. I tried the "Rebuild Index" multiple times to no avail. Here is the "crash report" I got from the Windows viewer. Any help would be greatly appreciative.

Hi Shane - and welcome to the forums
Sorry to hear you are having problems.
You indicate you are running Logos 7 - which has been unsupported for some time.
If your operating system allows it, I recommend upgrading to Logos 9 using the free version at https://www.logos.com/product/194909/logos-9-basic and seeing if that address the problem

I had this same issue. It was (I assume) caused by an updated resource. I had an unusually large update. I slept on it and in the morning before I even had my coffee I thought I would just delete the directories that had new files from the update and replaced them with ones from a backup. It worked and now I have it set to not use the internet so that it does not happen again.
I did not try and figure out which resources were the offender, I just renamed the folders and restored from backup. The folders were Data and Documents. The Data folder contains ResourceManager and indexes (amongst many others), and Documents contains some database files and a lot of other folders. Calling Logos was useless even though the fix was extremely easy. Some people at Logos support must know that this is a solution short of buying a new computer that will run Windows 10 and Logos 10. Upgrading to Logos 9 might have fixed it as well but no one would suggest that either.0 -

Logos 9 also requires Windows 10 or later though. So if someone has an older operating system they can't use L9 or L10.
