No, and I'm sure there are no plans to add this.
By typing "Merge Indexes" in the command bar, the Logos indexer will merge your supplemental (or New Resources) index and your main index, and you'll no longer have "New Resources".
This may take a few hours, so it's best to let it run overnight.
