Overview
The Dake Study Notes are the same notes found in Dake's Annotated Reference Bible. Written by Rev. Finis Jennings Dake (1902-1987) and first published in 1963, it is a monumental achievement, the product of over 100,000 hours of Bible study over 43 years. It includes over 35,000 notes and comments (more than any other study Bible), over 500,000 cross-references in the notes, summaries of interesting facts for each book, and thousands of references to Greek and Hebrew words. Unique to this software version are integrated Strong's reference numbers, which make it easy to instantly look up any Greek or Hebrew word mentioned in the notes. Throughout his writings, Rev. Dake was consistent in his interpretation. He took the Bible literally where at all possible, especially where statements of fact or history were concerned. If symbolic, figurative, or typical language was used, then he looked for the literal truth intended.

Looking at the previews for both, it seems the bible is a study bible and the topics is more like a concordance where it lists a topic, explains it, and then lists verses related to it. Someone who owns it could better clarify.
PS I wonder why these aren't either a bundle or just one resource.

The see inside functionality shows it: The Topics resource is like a bible dictionary, ordered by headwords, whereas the ARB seems to be a typical Bible Notes resource, ordered by bible reference. Possibly those were bound together in one volume when printed?
Have joy in the Lord!

Personally I've never heard of Dake so a quick internet search brought up this article. I don't think he is my cup of tea but if yours enjoy!

They both overlap with the exception that Dake’s Topics is more like a Topical Index that has been separated for ease of use. The reference contains the topics and extra notes with cross references. Helpful for sermon prep like Nave’s or Torrey’s Topical Bible. Beware of certain weird comments found in the Study Bible and the Topical Index.

I hope the study bible has everything that is in the hardcopy study bible. I was assuming that the newer resource is the Wordsearch edition, and the older resource has been in Logos for awhile?
Dake is ... interesting. I like interesting theologians. People like Dake fascinate me.
Dake read widely, from many denominations. He was a scholar. And most of all, he knew his KJV Bible! There is a lot negative that people can say, but he knew that translation of the bible better than any other modern author that I know. And he wrote a LOT about it. His Bible is a resource.
Once you get familiar with the Dake Bible notes, you realize that a whole lot more people are using the Dake Bible than are admitting to it. It is a lot of fun to notice who is probably using it.

Logos never had Dake’s Study/Topical Bible before. This came over from WORDsearch 👌

I really like some of the Wordsearch books making their way into the Logos library!
