Search Library for read resources

Can we not search Library for read resources? Only see 'Unread' and 'Reading'. ReadingSatus:read yeilded no results.

    From the wiki, you can use the following search: {ReadingStatus Finished}

    Or you can find Read Status options in the left library sidebar and filter using the Finished option there.
