Mobile not syncing with sermon on Laptop

Hello,

I write my sermons in Logos on my laptop. I then open the mobile app on my iPad to preach from.  When I opened my iPad this morning, the sermon was not there.

I'm not sure what may have caused this. I do know I recently had to update my payment method on Faithlife and as part of that process I had to reset my password. This logged me out of the mobile apps on my phone and iPad, but I was able to sign in with the new password. 

Even after signing in with the new password the sermon on the iPad will not update to show the work I had done since the last login.

Any ideas why it is doing this and what I can do about it?

    Sorry to hear about your problem.

    Even after signing in with the new password the sermon on the iPad will not update to show the work I had done since the last login.

    Are other Logos items syncing - such as Notes?

    If not, it might be necessary to delete the mobile apps from your iPad and reinstall them and log in again using your new password.
