What happened to the last 2 volumes of the Christian Origins and the Question of God Series by NT Wright?

To the best of my knowledge, they are still planned. Only the author could answer how far along they are.

There are allegedly two more volumes planned, but they haven't been published yet. Given that it was 10 years between the publication of Volume 3 (2003) and Volume 4 (2013), I wouldn't expect the next volume until next year at least. N.T. Wright is a very busy guy. And sometimes when authors say they plan to write a book or books, they never get around to it.

Paul and the Faithfulness of God (Fortress, 2013) is the most recent I'm aware of in this series.

on the “Ask NT Wright Anything” podcast recently he did say he’s still working on the next one.

Yes, there are none more recent than that yet. But...
This article says "at least two more volumes in Wright’s Christian Origins series rumoured".
N.T. Wright himself said in the Preface to the first volume, "Having given in, and admitted to myself that I was thus planning three volumes, it was only a short step to the realization that I was actually thinking of five: one each for Jesus, Paul, and the gospels, and an introduction (the present volume) and conclusion in which the various things that would otherwise have to be said at the beginning and end of each of the other three books could be gathered together. The result is a project which, though still focused centrally on Jesus and Paul, is also inevitably about the New Testament as a whole."
He has since published two volumes on Jesus, and one on Paul. So is he still planning another one on the gospels and a concluding volume? Or maybe more than that? Only he knows.
