What is the difference between a study layout and a reading layout? How do I change from one to the other?

There is nothing in a layout that indicates how you are going to use it. A reading layout is one you intend to use for reading through a resource - the resource, notes, and maybe some dictionaries/atlases are relevant to the layout. A study layout is one you intend to use for studying. It contains whatever you are studying, the tools you intend to use, and relevance resources you expect to use.

Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."
